In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we would like to reassure guests that your safety and well-being and that of our team members remains our highest priority. During this time, stringent health and safety guidelines are in implementation of which we seek your kind cooperation:
 

• Residences are strictly for accommodation for registered guests only with a no-visitor policy;
• Bookings for guests who have travelled in the past 21 days, guests under a mandatory compulsory quarantine order, or guests who live in residential buildings with confirmed cases listed on Hong Kong Department of Health will be declined;
• All guests entering the premise are required to fill in a health declaration form upon arrival;
• Restaurant capacity will be limited and dine-in hours adjusted to ensure a safe dining experience and appropriate distancing;
• Sauna and steam room will be closed until further notice  
   

Per advice from Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health (DH) issued on 9 October 2020. 

Hotel has been advised to:
 

• Regulate the number and flow of guests entering and departing from the hotel to ensure appropriate social distancing
• Maintain social distancing at check-in / check-out counters
• Limit the number of guests in the guest room
   

Guests of Hotel are advised to:
 

• Maintain adequate social distancing
• Not to share a room with others, not from the same household
• Discourage visitors
• Avoid gathering
• Not to share personal items with others
• Stay in the room if feeling unwell, wear a surgical mask, maintain good hand hygiene, and call the hotel operator at once for the arrangement of medical consultation
