Smoke-free Policy:
K11 ARTUS is committed to providing a smoke-free environment for all residents and guests. Any violation will result in one-night rental penalty plus 10% service charge.
No-resale & Non-transferable Rule
The booking is strictly non-transferable and intended solely for the guest(s) specified at the time of the reservation [and registration]. The resale or transfer of reserved rooms of any kind to any third party is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule or any attempt to resell or transfer the booking to another party without K11 ARTUS’s consent may render the booking being null and void, and lead to cancellation without any refund or compensation at K11 ARTUS’s sole decision. In case of dispute, K11 ARTUS’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
Other Policies:
Our residences are for accommodation only, and must not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for each residence type at all times. For any violations, an additional charge equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus 10% service charge, and the enhanced room cleaning fee will be incurred.
Disposable Toiletries Arrangement for Short-Stay Reservations
In compliance with the latest regulation under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603), which mandates licensed hotels to charge for the supply of disposable plastic products, K11 ARTUS will apply a charge of HKD 1 per room per night for disposable toiletries.

We would like to reiterate your safety and the well-being of our team members remains as our top priority. Please be aware of K11 ARTUS' health and safety guidelines of which you are required to observe and oblige at all times:
K11 ARTUS has the final right to interpret the requirements for providing the accommodation.
