Smoke-free Policy:
K11 ARTUS is committed to providing a smoke-free environment for all residents and guests. Any violation will result in one-night rental penalty plus 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
No-resale & Non-transferable Rule
The booking is strictly non-transferable and intended solely for the guest(s) specified at the time of the reservation [and registration]. The resale or transfer of reserved rooms of any kind to any third party is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule or any attempt to resell or transfer the booking to another party without K11 ARTUS’s consent may render the booking being null and void, and lead to cancellation without any refund or compensation at K11 ARTUS’s sole decision. In case of dispute, K11 ARTUS’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
Other Policies:
Our residences are for accommodation only, and must not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for each residence type at all times. For any violations, an additional charge equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus 10% service charge, 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax, and the enhanced room cleaning fee will be incurred. On the occasion that our residences are required for social or commercial purposes, our Sales team would be most delighted to assist. Please contact us at sales@artus.com.hk.
Single-use Plastic Ban
As we strive for environmental responsibility, personal care items will only be available at a charge. Complimentary toiletries with plastic will not be offered as mandated by the Government. For any assistance, please get in touch with ARTUS AMICI.
