My wife and I are coming to the end of our 9-day stay in K11 ARTUS. This is our fourth time staying in ARTUS. As expected, everything about this hotel is perfect. Our room is clean, spacious and extremely well equipped. The location is amazing, with the MTR station and the bus terminal only a few minutes away.

The sea view suite is nice and you can choose the pillows

Feel like home
Stayed here for 2 nights. Love the Victoria Harbour view and also feel like home in Hong Kong, not like a commercial hotel. It's also very convenient since very close to MTR and Tsim Sha Tsui. If you like to shopping, it also attached a K11 mall. Highly recommended.

A home away from home
I really like Artus and for the price of course they go above and beyond. Our first stay during our trip in December 2023. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms are every well insulated and the location is perfect. The view of the harbor is spectacular for the fireworks show. The main dinning and sitting room can accommodate visitors since our family lives in Hong Kong they are able to visit us and vice versa. It is also very convenience to go to the market to get some groceries or eat at the food court or restaurants.

Perfect getaway place
The view of the harbour is spectacular. Everything is perfect, the room is nice and fully equipped with everything you need. Since our family went there to celebrate the grandma birthday, the hotel arranged surprise birthday cake and decoration, we were all so impressed.

Luxury with a view
Everything at K11 was as advertised from the top notch service to the comfort of the room. We enjoyed some of the lounge areas and also the proximity to the MTR and the K11 Musea mall next door. Awesome restaurant choices abound in the Musea and we even took advantage of the in room ordering complete with delivery. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing stay at K11 ARTUS, HK
After staying at K11 Artus for 4 days, we left for Taipei for 3 days before returning to K11 Artus for 4 more days. After staying in many hotels in the past, Artus to us is the best hotel ever. The location is magical. The suites are clean and extremely well equipped.

Kindness translated into excellent service
Just goes to show that the service and care for guests of the staff of K11 Artus is outstanding.
Highlights of the room would be the following:
1. Excellent beds and sheets -- my daughter wanted to bring her bed with us when we returned home.
2. Harbour view -- once the typhoon passed, the view from the balcony was magnificent, day and night!
3. Restaurant delivery service -- it was our first time to be able to order food directly from a mall (K11 Musea restaurants) and have it delivered to our room with the bill also charged to the room. So convenient!

Understated Luxury with Warm and Professional Services
We booked a harbor view room for a family gathering and fireworks on the national day. The price was definitely not cheap, but the experience made it worth it! The room was spacious with a magnificent view. We all enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony, and the ambiance was simply unparalleled.

I had a a night staycation with my mother. The service was impeccable, staffs are welcoming and helpful. The room was larger than I expected with a well equipped kitchen. Mother and I enjoyed cooking in the room, and tried the food delivery service via the TV. Overall the stay was enjoyable and I definitely will come back again!

Great staff made the difference

The dedicated service team provided us with personalised service that wowed us a lot. Upon arrival, everyone standing at the west lobby greeted us in a truly friendly manner and assisted with our luggage proactively.
The team arranged a suite right in the middle of the property and on the highest floor so that we could overlook the the best view. In view of our special DAY, artus team also prepared some amenities in the room in advance, like balloons and card. It impressed me a lot.

The location was great and everything around the vicinity was easily accessible. The connectedness to two MTR stations also made it very easy to travel between the various lines. Wet weather is fully sheltered to the stations, and the room amenities and light cooking was also done to prep for the kids breakfast, snacks and meals. Overall satisfied with the place.

Long Stay at k11 ARTUS
Stayed at K11 ARTUS for over three years, mostly in a residence on the harbour side also lived in a residence facing the city side. Both residences were comfortable with excellent views, modern ventilation systems, well-designed space with plenty for wardrobe and general storage. Very nice usage of space. The staff at ARTUS was outstanding all around.

It is very quiet and calming to watch the Seaview from the balcony. The night view is gorgeous and it is so convenient to eat in the food court in K11 shopping arcade or order delivery via the hotel TV.

The service is very good and the staff is very friendly, which gave me a great experience. The room has a beautiful Hong Kong sea view, and at the bathtub I can even see the sea view. It is very comfortable to stay all night.

Anniversary stay with family at 2 bedroom suite
K11 Artus always give us a warm feeling every time we visit. The hotel environment, the art piece, the social area and the scent is of top notch. I just love their little gifts like a very innovative Eco Pencil! Who would have thought a pencil after use can contribute back to sustainability!

Having lived in hk for 14 years I’ve stayed at all the 5 star hotels. K11 ARTUS is my favourite and it is my wife’s favourite too. We love it. Rooms are spectacular like a Hans crescent mansion and the views are breathtaking!

I am very surprised that K11 founded a Craft and Guild foundation to preserve these beautiful art pieces, while having new art pieces from local artists. Overall it was a fruitful tour, seeing new and old art, will definitely try staying here for a night in the future!

It was my 1st time staying at the ARTUS, was probably one of the best staycation I've ever had! It was T8 on my check-in day hence the weather was terrible. We had a great night thanks to the fully equipped kitchen in the room! The bed was super comfy and nice! The view overlooking the Island side is gold, we all loved the room so much!!

Absolutely perfect stay. The hotel is amazing, best views in HK with big open balconies. Apartments so spacious and beautifully done. Stunning art throughout the hotel and impeccable service.

Best Service in town
Staff are helpful and trying their best to provide help when needed ~~~ Art pieces are displayed everywhere in hotel which made the atmosphere super good there.
The in home food ordering system is convenient and it 's one of the best feature to recommend as you dont have to queue up for those hot restaurant at all ~

Cozy and Artistic weekend getaway
The well-designed and decent hardware of the residence is one of the best in the town (staying in the harbour view room is a must). I was also happy to see the improvement on service and food quality on my returning stay which deserves a recognition!
My weekend getaway stay was joyful, filling with various unique experiences. The in-room balcony is my all-time favourite which you may rarely find a similar one in the town. I was like staying on a cruise ship. Another thing you should not be missed is the Art tour. We were glad to have Gary to be our tour guide, introducing the artworks and the fast-disappearing crafts. Thanks for the informative, interesting and interactive tour! I believe the story-telling journey is friendly to any guest with no background in art and you would never know the story behind the artworks without the tour......

Amazing Interior & Excellent Service
The moment you walked in you literally feel like home. It's a fantastic location and I cannot recommend enough. I stayed there for 2 nights and got the Harbour view room - it's mesmerizing.
