Plan Ahead, Stay Longer offer is valid to book from 8 March 2024 – 31 March 2025, valid for stays from 8 March 2024 – 31 March 2025, blackout dates may apply.
Book consecutive 3 nights stay or more to enjoy 20% off Best Available Rate. If your stay is shortened to less than 3 nights, you will be charged the original rate without 20% discount at the time of notification.
Cancellation and amendment policy is by 16:00 hours Hong Kong local time, 1 day prior to the arrival date to avoid first night rental penalty plus 10% service charge. No show fee applies.
Guarantee policy: 1 room night upon reservation
Guests are required to present their registered KLUB 11 membership number upon check-in to enjoy the credits. New registration upon check-in is welcomed.
K11 ARTUS reserves the right to amend the above conditions from time to time. Any disputes will be resolved and decided upon solely by K11 ARTUS, which the decision will be final.
